Silver Point Development, LLC., is a result of over 16 years of experience in the design and construction industries in both commercial and residential projects.
Frank Chiquete, the founder and head of operations, began his career by building homes in a small community in southwestern Arizona. In 1995 he earn a design degree and begun designing and drafting residential and commercial projects. Custom homes, landscape and custom pools, renovations and alterations, room additions, retail shops, tenant improvements, car dealerships, professional plazas, multi-family buildings are some of the project he headed or helped design or build.
The diverse construction experience and the close understanding of the design intent elevates the quality of service to our clients. Silver Point Development, LLC., specializes in custom luxury homes and renovations, our work can be found in exclusive communities such as Desert Mountain, Desert Skyline Estates, Troon Villages, DC ranch, Candle Wood Estates, Torreon, Pima Acres among others.
